Climate Change and Resilience of the Filipinos

Intramurals 2025

Image
INTRAMURALS 2025 Intramurals in school are a highly anticipated event that brings students together through sports, teamwork, and school pride. It’s a time where everyone can showcase their talents and enjoy friendly competition. During our Intramurals, I had the unique opportunity to be part of an arnis exhibition. Instead of competing, we performed to demonstrate the skills, techniques, and cultural significance of this traditional Filipino martial art the ARNIS. It was an exciting experience to perform in front of a crowd, and although I felt nervous at first, the support from my classmates and teachers gave me confidence. The exhibition allowed me to share what I’ve learned and also promote the value of arnis as part of our heritage. It was a proud and unforgettable moment that made Intramurals even more meaningful for me.
